1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using my website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use my services.
2. Services
I provide website design and development, website maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, and physical products including NFC review plates and business cards. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders for products are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before work begins on custom projects or before physical products are shipped. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products (NFC review plates, business cards) ship via standard carriers within the United States, typically 3–5 business days after order confirmation. International shipping may be available on request — additional fees apply. Digital deliverables (business card design files, website builds) are delivered electronically once payment and approval are confirmed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Alejandro does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products, custom design services, website maintenance, or physical products once an order is placed or a project kick-off has begun. If a physical product (such as an NFC plate or business card) arrives damaged or defective, you must contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. No cancellations are accepted after payment is processed.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom website designs and content created specifically for them. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing templates, tools, and frameworks remain my intellectual property.
7. Client Responsibilities & Contact Details
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary content (text, images, logos) for projects. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions. Clients warrant that they have rights to all materials they provide. By submitting a phone number through my contact form, you consent to be contacted by phone call or text message at that number for purposes related to your inquiry or active project. I do not send marketing messages, and you may opt out of further contact at any time by replying STOP or emailing me.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alejandro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to my services or products. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of my services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
